Prestressed corrugated pipe is a new type of pore-forming materials applicable to bridge engineering and the raw material is HDPE, which is mainly used in post-tensioned prestressed concrete structure. Prestressed corrugated pipe is the pore-forming pipeline of prestressed concrete reinforcement. The executive standard is JT/T529-2004.
1.Characteristics of Plastic Corrugated duct:
(1)Using HDPE as main raw material, plastic corrugated pipe is featured by high corrosion resistance, ageing resistance and fatigue durability.
(2)Excellent sealing and impervious performance, which is applicable to vacuum grouting.
(3)Plastic corrugated pipes are black or yellow and no defects like hard lump or severe bubble are allowed.
(4)Plastic corrugated pipe is featured by good flexibility and wearing quality. The suggested spacing between spacer bar is no more than 0.8m and the minimum bending radius is 0.9-1.5m.
